Best Day Ever

Paul is determined to make this the best day between him and his wife, Mia. Paul has planned an entire weekend for them at their cottage at the lake, and nothing is going to ruin his plan. But Paul has something more sinister up his sleeve. Does Mia know what is about to happen? Does she really know her husband at all? Told from Paul's perspective, find out how his best day ends up.

This book grabs your attention from the very start. You already know that Paul is going to be someone you are not going to like. They really picked the right narrator for this audio book. I felt as though he captured Paul exactly. I wanted to jump in the book and smack him myself.

To put it bluntly, Paul is an egotistical asshole. He thinks he is better than everyone and no one can beat him. He believes he is above the law and that no matter what he does, he won't get caught. He preys on those that are weak and rich. They don't see it coming until it's too late.

But will Mia find out what Paul is up too before it's too late? Will she be able to get away from him. They have been married for several years and they have two young children. Her father warned her against marrying Paul, but at the time, all she saw was a man who loved her and was devoted to her. As time went on, she began to see him for who he truly was, but is it too late to get out?

I highly recommend this book to everyone.
